2. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy explains how One More Rep (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App or contact us.

3. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

3.1 Profile and workout information

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

age, sex, height, and weight;
calorie and fitness goals;
exercises, sets, repetitions, and weights;
workout history;
custom exercises; and
application preferences.

The App does not currently require a user account or provide cloud synchronization. Most profile and workout information is stored locally on your device.

3.2 Health Connect information

On Android, and only after you grant permission, the App may read the following information from Health Connect:

weight;
step count; and
nutrition information.

This information is used only to provide health and fitness charts, calculations, and personalized training insights.

Health Connect information is not:

sold;
used to create advertising profiles;
shared with advertising networks;
used for advertising or marketing purposes; or
transferred to a remote server by One More Rep.

You can revoke Health Connect access at any time through your Android Health Connect settings.

The current version of the App does not access Apple Health or HealthKit. If this feature is introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the feature is enabled.

3.3 Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. One More Rep does not receive your full payment card details.

RevenueCat may process information required to manage purchases and subscriptions, including:

an anonymous customer identifier;
purchase history;
subscription status;
renewal and expiration information;
subscribed products; and
promotional or creator codes that you choose to use.

This information is used to activate premium features, restore purchases, manage subscription access, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

3.4 Advertising and technical information

The App uses AppLovin MAX and may use advertising partners including:

Google AdMob;
Unity Ads;
Mintegral;
Liftoff Monetize;
ironSource;
Meta Audience Network; and
DT Exchange.

Depending on the platform, country, consent status, and advertising configuration, these providers may process:

advertising identifiers;
IP address;
device model and operating system;
language and approximate region;
advertising requests, impressions, and interactions; and
consent and privacy-choice information.

Advertising requests are made only when permitted by applicable privacy rules and user choices.

Health Connect information is not shared with advertising providers for targeting, profiling, or marketing.

3.5 Firebase services

The App uses Firebase Remote Config to deliver application settings, promotional configuration, creator codes, and other operational parameters.

The App also uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App, improve features, monitor usage patterns, and improve performance.

Firebase may process technical information such as:

app instance identifiers;
device and operating system information;
app version;
country and language;
interaction events;
session information; and
diagnostic or performance information.

Where required by law, analytics and advertising processing are subject to applicable consent choices.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

provide and operate the App;
display workout, health, and progress information;
calculate fitness-related metrics;
manage subscriptions, purchases, trials, and promotional codes;
restore purchases;
display advertising where permitted;
analyse App usage and improve the service;
protect the App against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
respond to support requests; and
comply with legal obligations.

5. LEGAL BASES

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process information on the following bases, depending on the context:

performance of a contract, to provide the App and purchased features;
consent, for Health Connect access and certain advertising or analytics activities;
legitimate interests, to secure, maintain, and improve the App; and
compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

Google Play and Apple App Store, for purchases and subscriptions;
RevenueCat, for subscription management;
AppLovin MAX and its mediated advertising partners, for advertising;
Google User Messaging Platform, for advertising consent management; and
Firebase, for Remote Config and Analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share Health Connect information with advertising networks.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

7. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Information stored locally by the App remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.

Purchase and subscription information may be retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for as long as necessary to process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transaction records.

Analytics, advertising, and technical information may be retained by the relevant providers according to their policies and legal obligations.

8. DATA DELETION AND YOUR CHOICES

You may:

delete local App data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App;
revoke Health Connect permissions in Android Health Connect settings;
manage advertising privacy choices through the controls provided in the App;
request deletion of information held by us by contacting pixelsendless@gmail.com; and
request access, correction, restriction, or a copy of your personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

Because the App does not currently require a user account or provide cloud synchronization, most App data can be deleted directly from your device.

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some service providers may process information outside your country or the European Economic Area.

Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

11. CHILDREN

One More Rep is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, contact us at pixelsendless@gmail.com.

Where local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request:

access to your personal information;
correction of inaccurate information;
deletion of your information;
restriction of processing;
portability of your information;
objection to certain processing activities; and
withdrawal of consent.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
